Back to back announcements coming from Intimidation Clothing. It was announced late last night that Intimidation is throwing its support and sponsorship not only behind Gruesome MMA 4 "Provoked" but also behind main event star Jeremy Carper. Below is an excerpt from Intimidation's press release.
"The sponsorship of the Gruesome MMA event will mark the first time the two companies have worked together. Gruesome matchmaker Greg Maynard and Intimidation Clothing President Luke Jernigan spoke at the Spartan FC event in May 2011 when Intimidation served as a title sponsor for SFC 8 in Ashland, KY. Intimidation Clothing has sponsored Maynard in multiple pro fights and the opportunity to work with Gruesome MMA made too much sense for either party to pass up.
In addition to sponsoring the Gruesome MMA event, Intimidation Clothing will also be sponsoring main event fighter Jeremy Carper (3-3) as he faces former WEC Lightweight Champion Jamie Varner (17-5-1). Carper will look to draw from his perfect Muay Thai record (5-0) as he faces the biggest opportunity of his career."
